How regularly should I check my emails?

Most email clients (programs) are set to check for, and download emails on the server every 10 or so minutes.

We suggest leaving it at this setting or even increasing the time between checks to 30 minutes.

If you are waiting for an email to be delivered, we do not suggest you continually check by manually getting the email client (program) to connect to the server. This puts a large load on the server and can result in your requests being blocked. (Due to the server thinking someone is trying to break in to your account)

By all means check for emails. If it has not been delivered, check your spam folder or give it time.
