Pre-Paid Billing

All Hosting Services must be paid up before that service is provided. 

If, for any reason, your pre-paid service is unpaid at the start of the new billing period, your hosting will be suspended until payment it made.

If you find yourself unable to pay, please contact us immediately, we are here to help. Please submit a ticket to our Accounts and Billing and we can sort out what needs to happen.
