If you do not have an SSL certificate for your site, when you use the recommended settings (above),your email clien (program) may ask you to add a security exception for the email address you are setting up. This exception is legitimate and you will be safe to add the exception.
This is due to there being no security certificate covering the email addresses on your site.
If you require an SSL certificate, please get in touch with Support for further help.
Remember to set your email client (program) to delete emails from the server after downloading.
This will stop the server storing emails and exceeding your email MB quota on the server.
